2013/2014 Semester Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION OF COURSES BY ALL STUDENTS

Full registration involves:

 

  • Payment of Fees
  • Academic Registration
  • Hostel Registration (Residential Students only)

STEP 1:    Payment of Fees
All students are to pay their Academic/Residential (where applicable) Fees at any branch of Standard Chartered Bank. Ensure that you quote correctly your Index Number/Student Number/Account Number on all the pay-in-slips. Click to view the Schedule of Fees.

Please wait for 48hours to register online after fee payment has been made. For the sake of convenience, students are advised NOT to visit CSUC Campus to submit pay-in-slips after effecting payment of their.

STEP 2:     Academic/ Course Registration 

  • Students can pre-register their courses for the First Semester (2013/2014) online before arrival on campus. Students who wish to register online should directly go to the portal page, http://portal.csuc.edu.gh  for registration.
  • Students who have Portal Accounts (username & Password) should log into their portal and proceed with the registration of courses.
  • Students without Portal Accounts (username & Password) will be required to obtain one before they can proceed with registration. Such students should complete the request form on our website, http://portal.csuc.edu.gh or visit CSUC I.T Support office on campus.
  • Students who have forgotten or lost their Portal Accounts (Username and/or Password) should complete a Forgotten Password or Username form by visiting the portal page, http://portal.csuc.edu.gh
  • Online Registration will be available to only students who have paid their fees as required. Students with deferred courses should note it is mandatory for those deferred courses to be registered.
  • Students can contact their Departmental exam officers for clarification on course registration.
  • Registration starts: Wednesday, August 28th, 2013 to Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
  • As always been the case, registration by proxy is an offence. Offenders will be dealt with according to the rules and regulations of the university college.
