Christian Service University College is embarking on a collaborative programme with Baekseok university of Korea in the area of student exchange.
This collaboration is borne out of a conference the President of CSUC, Prof. Sam Afrane and two other members of staff participated in at the Baekseok University earlier this year.
According to the University, students on the programme would have to study Korean language in order to acclimatize to the Korean educational system. This would also enable them obtain some form of employment during the course of their studies.
Additionally, students would have the opportunity to make good Korean friends and they can participate in the exchange programme at no significant cost.
Prof. Sam Afrane indicated that the exchange programme would enable the two universities to forge stronger ties in the areas of sharing Christian values as well as strengthening relationships in the area of research and pedagogy.
According to the Senior Assistant Registrar of Academic and Student Affairs Unit of CSUC, Mrs. Cecilia Boakye Botwe, the exchange programme would afford selected CSUC students the much need exposure in international contexts.
