Christian Service University College (CSUC), Kumasi in collaboration with AiDAC Consult and Dakhall Institute Ltd
is running the following professional programmes: Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Institute of Chartered
Accountants (ICA), Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), Advance Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). This
strategic partnership is to bring growth and to expand the frontiers of the university. AiDAC consult has been
appointed as an agent to recruit students for the main academic programmes of the university.
CIB
The Chartered Institute of Bankers, Gh – CIB Gh was registered in
1978 under the Professional Bodies Decree of 1973 (NRCD 143)
with 30 professional members and 11 corporate members. Having
successfully carried a diligent expansion programme, the Institute
can now boast of 26 corporate members, 574 professional members
and over 5,000 student members.
In 1980, the Institute started to strengthen its capacity to take over the organization of the Associateship Examinations
from the London Institute by conducting the Stage 1 Examinations on its own. The localization process was completed
in 1993. Currently, the Institute has embarked on a Compulsory Continuous Professional Development for its members
and would soon start a first degree programme with Sheffield Hallam University.
The Institute serves as a professional body for banks and financial institutions with an aim to provide stimulus for the
development of competent and more qualified human resources that will enable the banks to offer efficient and
competitive services to meet modern-day sophisticated demands and satisfaction. Its course content and structure is
streamlined along the requirements of Alliance of African Institutes of Bankers (AAIOB) for global recognition. CIB (Gh)
is also a member of World Conference of Banking Institute (WCBI).

ICA
The Institute currently runs two distinct programmes.
1. The Professional Programme
2. The Technician Programme, known as the Accounting Technician
Scheme West Africa (ATSWA) Programme.
A candidate who successfully completes the ICAG professional
programme and has obtained working experience in accountancy and
approved by ICAG Council, qualifies to use the designatory letter ‘CA’
after his/her name.
Successful completion of the ATSWA programme, however, opens up a way for people to take up middle-level managerial
jobs and can serve a good introduction to the very determined who may wish to proceed to the professional programme.
They can also pursue to CA professional programme to qualify as chartered accountants. Become a Chartered Accountant

LLB
Get your Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in 2years from the University
of London as a Qualifying Law Degree to the Ghana professional Law

ADIT
