CSUC is undertaking the construction of a modern six (6)–storey ICT/Library Complex. The complex which is at the foundation stage is expected to be completed within 18months.
It is estimated to cost Three million Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 3,500,000.00).The construction work is being done by Messrs Consar Ltd and it is being funded through a loan facility from the Standard Chartered Bank.
