CSUC has organised a special matriculation ceremony at Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region to officially welcome 16 students of the Certificate in Biblical Studies (CBS) programme.
The Ag. President, Dr. Samuel Adubofuor, congratulated the students on their admission, and urged them to uphold the core values of CSUC.
The Certificate in Biblical Studies programme is organised by the Department of Theology, and is run for 2-4 weeks. The programme is aimed at building the capacity of Christian workers who lack formal theological training.
It is ideal for individuals seeking to acquire deeper biblical knowledge and theological understanding to become effective in the Christian ministry. It equips students with practical knowledge of the Bible in areas such as prayer, fasting, healing, deliverance, evangelism and discipleship, as well as the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, and other Christian doctrines.
Separate classes are taught in English and Twi. The CBS programme is run in satellite campuses in Obuasi and Sunyani.
