CSUC has collaborated with MTN GHANA in the provision of Mobile Money payment services for the CSUC Community. This is Good news for all our stakeholders! Alumni and current students will no longer have to physically visit the CSUC Campus to effect payment for services such as Transcript, Academic Records requests, Introductory Letters etc.
MTN Ghana’s “MTN Mobile Money Fees Payment Service” will afford the stakeholders the opportunity to pay fees for these without being physically present in their schools and reduce the risks associated with travelling to pay fees.
MTN Ghana has also provided CSUC with a reliable platform to be able to monitor all transactions that would be made and to be able to get the funds settled at a CSUC preferred bank for easy reconciliation.
“We believe that the adoption of this service will greatly improve the delivery of our services to our stakeholder community, we encourage all of our members especially the Alumni to utilize this service. We intend to imbibe modern ICT technologies in our operations and this partnership is rightly inline with the vision of CSUC,” said Prof. Sam Afrane the CSUC president.
Currently, the MTN Mobile money will be used to effect payment for the following services only:
- Payment of Transcript Fees
- Payment of Academic Record Fees
- Payment of Introductory Letters
How to Pay CSUC Fees
1.Go to my MTN mobile money on your phone
2.Go to pay bills
3. Select and click on pay school fees
4. Under Account No. enter the school code(space) Student ID. Eg: CSUC 10002212
5. Enter your Mobile money Pin code (4-digits). Verify the details of the student on the screen (phone).
6. Click Pay Now
7. Enter a suitable Reference (Eg: Transcript)
8. Enter amount
9. Confirm payment details
10. Enter your MM PIN
You will receive an sms as confirmation for a successful payment.
OR
Send your money to MTN mobile money agent nationwide to be done for you. Just remember the School Code as CSUC and provide your index or student number.
