Mr. David Kwabena Adagblenya has been appointed the Business Development Manager at CSUC.
In this role, he will provide leadership in assisting the University College to generate income through viable business ventures. He will also identify viable industries of beneficial interest to CSUC and recommend their establishment on or off campus.
Mr. Adagblenya will also plan, organize and executive Student Internship and Entrepreneurship Programmes of CSUC and work out terms of agreement for the establishment of businesses and internship collaboration with corporate bodies and private investors.
Prior to joining CSUC, Mr. Adagblenya worked with Sinapi Aba Savings and Loan from 2000 to 2013 in various capacities as Human Resource Development Manager; Projects Manager; Area Manager; Branch Manager; and Credit Officer.
He also worked with Edify, a USA-based Christian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as the Christian Training and Transformation Officer for Ghana from 2013 to 2015.
Mr. Adagblenya has expertise in the areas of Project Management, Credit Management, Portfolio Management, Fundraising, Training and Development, Christian Education and Child Evangelism.
He holds MBA Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi; MA Human Resource from the University of Cape Coast (UCC); LLB (Law Degree) from the KNUST, Kumasi; and BSc. AgricEcons from the University of Development Studies (UDS), Wa Campus.
He is married with two children and worships with the Trinity Baptist Church, Kumasi.
