Christian Service University College (CSUC) has introduced five new programmes to add up to its stock of academic programme offerings. They are Master of Science in Corporate Planning, Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistantship; B.Ed Early Child Education, B.Ed Basic Education and Certificate in Early Child Education.
President of CSUC Prof. Sam Afrane disclosed this at a media briefing yesterday held at the CSUC campus. In his address, the President explained that the rationale behind the introduction of the programmes was to contribute to the knowledge production process as expected of higher educational institutions.
The Master of Science in Corporate Planning is a one year post-graduate programme that aims at meeting holistically the institutional planning needs of the corporations by synergizing their planning needs and rolling out proactive measures to address those needs.
Bachelor of Education programmes are geared at providing quality tuition to aspiring and pupil teachers to upgrade their skills and competencies while the Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistantship aims at producing effective health personnel who will administer quality healthcare to patients at the various health centres in the country and beyond.
Prof Afrane added that the e-learning platform mounted by CSUC is a facility that would be deployed massively to support the implementation of these programmes in such a way as to offer convenience, flexibility and quality education to students, particularly workers.
The programmes are scheduled to take off in January 2018 and viable candidates are encouraged to enroll.
