The Management of Christian Service University College, has appointed one of its longest serving faculty members, Rev. Justice Boffah Pokumensah as Director for the Institutional Advancement Office. The Office was created in 2019 to play a key role in the implementation of the Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) aimed at transforming CSUC into a modern Christian liberal art university which seeks to promote knowledge for the training of men and women in Christian values 
and principles, academic and professional excellence for the transformation of society.
In terms of scope, the Institutional Advancement Office is responsible for alumni relations, public relations, student recruitment, building strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization for the University College. The Rev. J.B. Pokumensah, an alumnus of CSUC, holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Daystar University, Kenya and has served as a faculty member in the Department of Communication Studies for over of 10 years.
Apart from teaching, Rev. Pokumensah has served CSUC in various capacities including being the Coordinator for Certificate in Biblical Studies (2006-2009), Examinations Coordinator (2014-2018), Member, Academic Board (2014-2018), Member Admissions Promotions Committee (2022-2023) and many others. In addition to his service to the University College community, he also serves as a communication resource person to a number of radio stations on economic, political, religious, cultural and social issues.
