The International Association for the Promotion of Christian Higher Education (IAPCHE) will be holding its 8th International Conference at Baekseok University in Korea from May 30 to June 3, 2016. The conference theme is “Strengthening Christian Higher Education in an Era of Global Transformation.” Plenary speakers for the conference are Perry Glanzer, Musa Gaiya, Kuk Won Shin, Laurie Schreiner, Fernando Bullón, and Joel Carpenter.
I am writing to ask you to encourage one or more faculty members from your institution to participate in this exciting opportunity to interact with colleagues in Christian higher education from around the world. Specifically, IAPCHE is seeking proposals for paper, panel or round table presentations at the conference. A copy of the Call for Papers and theme description is attached or you may view them here. The deadline for submitting proposals has been extended to January 31.
Food, lodging and ground transportation will be provided at no cost by our hosts! Participant may apply for travel subsidies.
