CSUC Appoints Enoch Baah as Director of Institutional Advancement Office

Mr. Enoch Baah joins the institution as the Director of Institutional Advancement Office.

“I am a man of many hats with 23 years working experience in financial management and
business development, and 33 years of service in church leadership, and still counting”,
the new director explained.

Enoch Baah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants – Ghana (ICAG). He is also a Chartered Management Consultant,
Chartered Professional Administrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of
Administrators and Management Consultants Ghana (CIAMC – Ghana).

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance (2005) from Paris Graduate School of Management, France and
has also completed the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate examinations as a qualified investment advisor among others. He is a
Doctoral Candidate pursuing Business Administration from Swiss Management Center University, Switzerland.

Mr. Baah has 18 years working experience in the Cocoa Industry of Ghana. He has played several roles in senior management level
including the Chief Operational Accountant, Special Assistant to the Managing Director and Head of Monitoring Department from
October 2001 to January 2016 at Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Limited.

The finance expert was very instrumental in transforming the small Licensed Cocoa Buying Company (LBC) in 2001 into the largest
private LBC in Ghana within three years. He is the founder of Enjelbaah Company Limited of which he was the Managing Director
from April 2003 to August 2016.

Mr. Baah has served on various Boards of financial institutions including Mid County Microfinance Limited, Kumasi, since 2015;
New Generation Investment Services Limited, Kumasi for 12 years (2005-2017), where he served as the Board Secretary for
nine years (2005-2014) as well as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the HR Committee from
January, 2015 to August, 2017. He has also travelled widely both locally and internationally.

He is a Christian by faith and a member of the Methodist Church Ghana in which he is a Synod and Conference member. He has
held many positions from the society (local) level to the Connexional (national) level including being a Lay Preacher, Society
Steward, Connexional Guild President, Connexional Lay Movement Vice Chairman and a member of the Connexional
Board of Ministries. He is also a life member of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International.

The Director says he accepts his new position with joy and is devoted to use his new role to drive the ‘Quality Improvement
Programme’ of the University College through strategic partnerships and resource mobilization initiatives. He is married
with four children.
