CSUC has been ranked the 5th best private university in Ghana by Webometrics, a leading organisation known for its scientific methods in web ranking.
The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities which released the ranking early this year, also ranked CSUC the 10th best university among 36 private and public universities in Ghana.
The Webometrics ranking takes into account factors such as the quality of academic papers published in high impact international journals (indicative of the commitment of the scholars with their students) and the number of rich files published in dedicated websites (repositories) according to the academic search engine Google Scholar.
CSUC’s ranking follows after Ashesi, Regent, Presby and Valley View Universities. In the ranking of universities in Africa, CSUC is also ranked among the top 200 universities in Africa. The full list of rankings available at: www.webometrics.info/en/Africa/Ghana
