CSUC Reopens Library

A short dedication ceremony has been held to officially reopen CSUC’s Chapman Library. The reopening of the library follows the relocation of the library to a six-storey state-of-the-art ICT building and a multi-purpose library complex.

The outgoing Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana, Kumasi Diocese and the Chairman of CSUC Council, Prof. Osei Safo-Kantanka officially dedicated the library.

He said the library formed an important component of the activities of the University College, adding that the library would serve as a centre of excellence to enhance teaching and learning for students and the academic community.

The dedication ceremony was used to give appreciation to God for the wisdom and strength given to the leadership of the University College, as well as the remarkable progress the institution has made so far.

Messrs Consar Limited undertook the ICT/Library estimated at a cost of GH¢3,500,000.00.

Prof. Sam Afrane, CSUC President, the CSUC Executive Committee members and some faculty members witnessed the dedication ceremony.

CSUC would like to thank all its donors for their generosity and contributions towards the development of the institution.

The University College, however, continues to count on the support and donations of friends and partners, alumni, and all and sundry, as the University College trains the next generation of Christian leaders and professionals to grow in faith, excel in scholarship and serve with Integrity.
