CSUC Signs MoU with Eastern University

Christian Service University College (CSUC), Kumasi, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Eastern University in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. The signing ceremony took place in Kumasi after a four-day visit by Dr. David King, Provost, and Ms. Stephanie MacTavish, Vice President for International Relations of Eastern University.
The objectives of the MoU include the exchange of undergraduate students; the exchange of faculty; the organization of joint academic and scientific activities, such as courses, conferences, workshops, seminars, symposia or lectures; and the establishment of appropriate research centers. Others include the development of collaborative research projects; the exchange of publications and other materials of common interest; the establishment of joint service projects; and the engagement of their respective learning communities using technology.
The MoU was signed by Professor Emmanuel Frempong, President of Christian Service University College, and Dr. David King, Provost of Eastern University.
The President of CSUC and the Provost of Eastern University pledged to work together for the benefit of their Universities. Present at the signing ceremony were the Council members and Trustees of CSUC, as well as some senior members of the University.
