A freshers’ retreat was organised for new students for the 2011/2012 academic year. The retreat formed part of activities of the orientation ceremony of the University College.
Speaking on the theme, “A Winning Attitude: The Christ Factor,” Very Rev. Dr. Paul K. Boafo, Chaplain of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) asked the newly-admitted students to develop right attitudes that will enable them march steadily toward their goals.
He encouraged the students to build a strong relationship with God, explaining that it was the only means by which they could reach greater heights.
Intercessory prayers were said on behalf of CSUC and the students for success in their academic work.
The programme was attended by Trustees, Council Members and staff of CSUC.
