Qualification & Competencies
- Must hold first degree with at least 3 years of working experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Hostel Management. Other related qualifications would be considered.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must demonstrate creativity and business acumen.
- Must have proven evidence of outstanding leadership abilities.
- Exceptional inter-personal and people management skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex activities and establish priorities consistent with the Executive Hostel’s objectives.
- Proven knowledge in Accounting and Marketing would be an advantage.
- Must be a practicing Christian.
